Caroline earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2013 and became Board Certified in Geriatric Physical Therapy in 2019. She earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry from Washington & Lee University in 2010.
Caroline was introduced to Fascial Counterstrain by a colleague who became her physical therapist at the end of her pregnancy with her first child. When she felt better at 9 months pregnant than she did on a normal day, she knew this was a technique that she had to learn! Since then, Caroline has been building her Counterstrain skills and knowledge while raising a young family.
With nearly 13 years of hospital experience, Caroline is very familiar with medical complexity. She finds immense joy in helping others reduce their pain and increase their functioning through such a gentle, effective technique.
