I have been a PT for 27+ years and graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 1997 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. I have been a counterstrain therapist since 2011, which has changed the trajectory of my PT practice and have never looked back. Fascial Counterstrain is now almost 100% of my practice. The power and depth of this gentle manual technique helps me to treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions. I am very passionate about this technique and have had all of the classes offered at this point. I continue to study and retake classes to improve my knowledge and skills set to further help improve the quality of life for my patients.
