Dr. Joshua earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021 and has since gained extensive experience working in travel physical therapy across more than 10 states. His clinical interests include working with athletes, vestibular conditions, head injuries, and individuals living with chronic pain. As a young adult, Dr. Joshua personally struggled with years of unexplained low back pain and found little relief through traditional treatment approaches. During physical therapy school, he was introduced to Fascial Counterstrain through a clinical mentor he shadowed and was immediately struck by the profound impact of the technique.
After experiencing significant improvement in his own chronic pain following treatment, he became passionate about studying Fascial Counterstrain more extensively. Since then, he has continued advanced training in the technique with the goal of helping individuals who feel frustrated, stuck, or discouraged after unsuccessful experiences with other chronic pain treatments. Dr. Joshua is dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care that helps patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
