Mr. Yihong (Ty) is a Counterstrain trained accredited Myotherapist as well as an experienced strength coach. His first encounter with an osteopathic approach to treatment was when his teacher Dr. Huan Tran (D.O) treated his debilitating lower back disc herniation and severe spinal movement restrictions with Fascial Counterstrain, since then Ty has been a firm believer and later, student and practitioner of the amazing, sophisticated and gentle technique after his first Fascial Counterstrain course in 2021. Ty has since trained and/or learned in person from some of the best practitioners in the Counterstrain world such as Brian Tuckey (FCS originator), Tim Hodges (Counterstrain Academy Director), Dr. Syed (D.O), Dr. Adam (D.O), Dr. Huan (D.O) and Greg Zadow (PT).
