Lee completed his Master of Physiotherapy at Flinders University. After experiencing Fascial Counterstrain on himself in 2018 he commenced his journey to learn the technique. Billy is an Australian based podiatrist, lymphoedema therapist and manual therapist. Passing Counterstrain certification exam in 2024. Billy uses Fascial Counterstrain exclusively.

Jim Sullivan OTR/L earned his Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy for from UNC Chapel Hill in 1995. Jim has 29 years of extensive manual therapy training specializing in non-aggressive tissue release techniques including Strain Counterstrain (SCS), Fascial Counterstrain (FC), Myofascial Release (MFR), and Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT).
