I have taken every fascial counterstrain advanced course available, and am a Certified Fascial Counterstrain practitioner. I use this technique as my primary means of treatment for restoration of symmetry, mobility and function, as well as symptoms relief for all types of musculoskeletal, complex medical, and other subacute and chronic conditions. This work is centered in listening to each patient’s body’s signals, mapping and sequencing to provide finely tuned individualized care, in 1:1 client-practitioner hourly clinic sessions. Josette Troxler, MPT
Fascial Counterstrain is the difference between treating the symptom and treating the cause. By leading me, the practitioner, to the cause of your symptoms, even if that cause seems unrelated, I can target the root of your problems and therefore relieve your symptoms as well as the cause of them. Counterstrain guides us through the complex web of fascia that surrounds and intersects every system of the body. With simple adjustments, Counterstrain reduces the tone and reactivity of specific connective tissue. It’s not only a solution to your current pain and dysfunction, but a prophylactic for future breakdown. It’s a solution that reduces treatment time and expense and returns you to you, and all the things you love.
