Wendi Evans PT graduated from the University of Delaware in 1988 and has always had an interest in helping people with orthopedic and chronic pain issues. She began gravitating towards manual therapy as a means of treating the underlying the conditions contributing to pain and dysfunction. She learned how to tune in deeply to the various rhythms and restrictions in the body while training in craniosacral therapy, beginning in 2000. Then, in 2018, she began her educational journey into the world of Fascial Counterstrain. She discovered that these techniques significantly enhanced her treatments by expanding the number of systems in the body that can be addressed and by targeting the releases more precisely. She loves that all of this can be accomplished in a pain-free and gentle manner and she is grateful to be able to offer one on one attention to each of her patients in her private practice setting.

Adam Poetsch, Physiotherapist

Initially I started as a counterstrain patient following a car accident when I was younger. After experiencing first hand the power to improve the quality of someone’s life through this technique, I enrolled at the University of South Australia and completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Since then, I have focused on specialising in counterstrain to treat clients holistically through assessing global, regional and local movement patterns using biotensegrity principles.
I am exceptionally passionate about improving the quality of life for my clients through resolving root causes rather than overlying symptoms.
When I’m not practicing you can find me hiking, scuba diving, playing golf, cooking, or spending time with my Greyhound.
Zachary Brems, LMT

Zachary is a cultivated technician of the body. Nearly 20 years of experience in the field of manual therapy began as a PT tech after finishing massage therapy school. Along the way Zachary has studied and mastered many popular techniques. An interest in Classical and Traditional Chinese Medicine began his curiosity for deeply understanding the body and health. During this journey, he’s developed a practice in healing techniques that hold up to the test of time and scrutiny of efficacy. After being introduced to Counter Strain he found that the techniques abide similar principles he found in the practice of Taiji Chuan. Now Zachary continues a clinical practice in Arizona.
