Lindsey has been a Physical Therapist for 20 years now. She has experience with many different techniques and tools but counterstrain is far superior to anything she has learned over the years. True healing is possible for nearly anyone when you tap into the body’s own ability to heal itself. If you are curious as to the healing powers give counterstrain a try!
I have been in private outpatient orthopedic practice since 1998. I approach every patient as a unique individual and seek to find the best treatments that will help resolve their problem. Fascial counterstrain has been a game-changer for me as it has opened an area of dysfunction that was previously not addressed as part of my treatment interventions. As my tool box of fascial counterstrain systems as expanded, I find that the results are more dramatic with my patients. Patients who have had traditional PT interventions are amazed at the results when fascial counterstrain is employed and they always remark how gentle yet effective this treatment approach has been. I look forward to more courses and greater improvement in my own skill set.

PNW born and raised. My physical therapy practice and approach draws from 20+ years experience in ministry and medical settings, both locally and abroad. I value holistically treating the whole body / whole person, and love hearing people’s stories, especially as it relates to their families, life experiences, and passions / goals and also appreciate how it also helps to inform on the different types of stressors / traumas that they may carry. In addition to fascial counterstrain, I do other neuro informed manual techniques as well to help people in chronic pain/stress/anxiety. When I’m not in clinic, you’ll likely find me adventuring in the mountains and water or creating something in the kitchen.
